You pay only when an agent delivers work (a conversation, a workflow run or an app session), not per seat or token. The free plan has no time limit or card requirement and includes unlimited agents and users with 25 Data-to-Outcome credits a week. Fleet is $1,650 a month, billed annually, with 250 credits a week.
